I’m Pablo Zalba and I have been an MEP for Spain since 2009. I was born in 1975 in Pamplona. I graduated in Business Administration and Management from Navarra University, studied Economics at Leicester University and have an MBA from the London Business School. Following my role as Commercial and Business Development Director of Sic Lázaro, I became President of the Partido Popular in my region, Navarra.
In the European Parliament I have sat on various committees and delegations, all of them closely related to my professional background – business, economy and commerce. Currently, I am Vice-Chair of the Economic and Monetary Affairs Committee but also work actively on relations between the EU and Latin America, and the EU and Chile.
